REQUEST FOR FUND TO PROCURE AIR CONDITION AND RECHARGEABLE FAN

I respectfully request your kind approval for the purchase of(1) one Samsung 2Hp Air
Condition and (One) scan front “18”Rechargeable. The need for the procurement of one (1)
2HP Airconditioners for the office of the director, (I&S) is to replace the damaged, old and
unserviceable one there; while the fan is to service the anteroom of the office of Director,
Administration & Suppliers.
2. The financial implication of these request is the sum of Two hundred and forty nine
thousand five hundred naira (N249,500:00) only as detailed below:
a. Samsung 2Hp Air condition - 194,500:00
b. Scanfrost “18” Rechargeable Fan - 35,000:00
c. Logistics/installation - 20,000:00

3. To this end the sum of Two hundred and forty nine thousand five hundred naira
(N249,500:00) only is here by requested for the purchased of Air Condition and
Rechargeable Fan this sum can be sourced from the approved 2021 budget of the bureau as
indicated in the table below.
