Ore Generation
Actualizado a 1.19
lunes, 6 de marzo de 2023
First batch: 30 times per chunk in blobs of 0-37, evenly from levels 136 to
320.
Second batch: 20 times per chunk in blobs of 0-37, from levels 0 to 190,
being most common at Y=95, and being less common as towards either end of
the range. Coal ore in this second batch is also less likely to be exposed to air;
50% of ore blocks that would generate exposed do not generate.
Coal
Recommended:
Y = 136
Y = 95 (reduced air exposure)
Second batch: 6 times per chunk in blobs of 0-13, from levels -24 to 54,
being most common around level 15 and becoming less common towards
either end of the range.
Iron Third batch: 3 times per chunk in blobs of 0-5, evenly from levels -63 to 64.
Iron ore can generate as a large ore vein found at deepslate layer (-8 to -60
aprox). These veins consist of iron ore, blocks of raw iron, and tuff.
Recommended:
Y = 15
Y = 232-255 (tall mountains)
*No iron generation between Y= 73-79*
Copper ore tries to generate 6 times per chunk in groups from 0 to 16,
in layers −16 to 112, being most common in layers 47 and 48 and less
common at the ends.
It can also spawn rare ore veins above Y=0, mixed with granite and the
occasional raw copper blocks. In dripstone caves biomes, copper ore veins are
Copper larger on average, and deepslate ores appear more frequently.
Copper ore generates most abundantly in beach biomes, especially stoney shores
with multiple raw copper blocks being common.
Recommended:
Y = 48-47

Emerald ore is a rare mineral block that generates only in mountains, frozen
peaks and windswept hills biomes.
Levels -16 to 320, being most common at level 256, and becoming less
Emerald common toward either end of the range.
Recommended:
Y = 232 to 256
Gold ore attempts to generate 4 times per chunk, in blobs of size 9, from
levels -64 to 32, in all biomes. It is most likely to be found around layer -16,
becoming less common toward either end of the range.
Gold ore is also less likely to be exposed to air; 50% of ore blocks that would
generate exposed do not generate.
There is an additional blob of size 9 that may generate uniformly between -64
Gold and -32 with the same 50% air exposure rate.
In badlands biomes, gold ore attempts to generate 50 times per chunk, from
levels 32 to 256 uniformly, in blobs of size 9. This extra gold ore in badlands
biomes will generate regardless of exposure to air.
Recommended:
Y = -16 (strip mine)
*Look for mesa (badlands) biomes for the most amount of gold mining*
First batch: 2 times per chunk, in blobs of 0-10, from levels -32 to 30. It is
most common around level -1 and becomes less common towards either end
of the range.
Second batch: 4 times per chunk, in blobs of 0-10, evenly from levels -64 to
Lapis 64. Lapis lazuli ore in this second batch cannot be exposed to air; any ore
blocks that would generate exposed do not generate.
Recommended:
Y = -1 (strip mine)
First batch: 4 times per chunk, in blobs of 0–10, evenly from levels -63 to
15.
Redstone Second batch: 8 times per chunk, in blobs of 0–10, from levels -63 to -34,
being more common the lower the elevation.

Y = -58 to -57 (strip mine)
Diamond ore generates in the Overworld in the form of blobs. Diamond ore is
more common as the y-level decreases, and ore blobs also have a chance to not be
generated if they are exposed to air; however, they can be found next to water or
lava. Blob generation occurs in three batches:
7 blobs of 1-4 ores per chunk, from Y=14 to Y=-63. There is a 50% chance
to not generate a blob if it is next to air.
Diamond 1 blob of 1-12 ores every 1⁄9 chunks, from Y=14 to Y=-63. There is a 70%
chance to not generate a blob if it is next to air.
4 blobs of 1-8 ores per chunk. These blobs will not generate if they are
next to air.
Recommended:
Y = -58 to -57 (strip mine)
*Revisa fosiles de diamantes y lagunas en las cavernas más profundas)
Amethyst Amethyst geodes generate between Y=-58 and Y=30. Each chunk has
Geode a 1⁄24 chance to attempt to generate a geode.
STRIP MINING:
Netherite is a material from the Nether, used primarily to upgrade diamond gear. Netherite
items are more powerful and durable than diamond, and in dropped item form are resistant to
fire or lava. Netherite blocks are also unbreakable by the strongest explosions from normal
gameplay, with the exception of blue wither skulls.
• Ancient Debris − the blast-resistant ore form rarely found at low altitudes in the
Nether, or as loot in bastion remnants (which may also contain netherite scraps and
ingots).
• Netherite Scrap − an item obtained by smelting ancient debris, used to
craft netherite ingots.
• Netherite Ingot − used for crafting and upgrading diamond gear to netherite.
• Netherite Upgrade − a smithing template, found as loot in bastion remnants, that is
used for upgradingdiamond gear to netherite.[upcoming: JE 1.20]
• Block of Netherite − the mineral block form of netherite ingots
Ancient debris is a rare ore found in the Nether, and is the main source of netherite scraps. Its
high blast resistance makes it immune to normal explosions. In item form, it floats on lava and
cannot be burned by any form of fire.
*Necesitas una smithing table para mejorar diamond armor a netherite armor*
¿How to?
3. Convertir netherite scraps junto con gold ingots en netherite ingots en la crafting table.
4. Poner el arma o armadura de diamante en la smithing table junto con el netherite ingot.
1. Warped Forests
2. Nether Wastes
4. Crimson Forest
5. Basalt Delta

A lodestone is a block that can be used to alter compasses to point toward it. It can be used in all
three dimensions.
Cuando tengas una brújula y quieres que apunte a un lugar distinto al world spawn point, haces
una loadstone y le haces click derecho con una brújula. Esto carga la brújula a esa piedra en
específico.
