My personality

After taking the 16 personalities quiz I found that I am ESTP-A. This is the
Assertive Entrepreneur. I feel like this describes me well with a few things here or there
that I think I am different from, but I would say about 95% of the things about the
assertive entrepreneur describe me perfectly. Currently, I want to be in criminal or
contract law which is not something that an assertive entrepreneur would do because they
are impatient, unstructured and may miss the bigger picture and be defiant. But before I
wanted to be a lawyer I wanted to be a firefighter and that is on the list of career paths for
assertive entrepreneurs, I think it would suit me well because they work in a big team and
can improvise well and are good problem solvers. I think all of that applies to me also.
The test says that I am 54% extroverted and I think I’m around there maybe less. 55%
observant. I agree with this as I tend to think very carefully about a lot of stuff that
happens around me whether it’s current or in the future. I am 68% thinking and I agree
with it as I am quite rational and weigh the pros and cons of a situation before I make it.
The test also told me that I am 68% Prospecting meaning that I am good at improvising
and adapting. And being flexible and value novelty above stability. I completely agree
with this as I learned I can do this well when I was a bike builder and working in the auto
shop here at school. I am also 81% assertive meaning I am self-assured, even-tempered,
resistant to stress, and refuse to worry too much. This is very accurate as I am very self-
assured and don’t rely on assurance from others and never lose my temper and very
rarely get stressed in situations where most other people would be stressed because I just
see the things I need to do as one at a time and not think about all the other things going
on in my life. Something I learned about myself is that one of my weaknesses is that I am
untrusted. I thought I had a fairly structured life as my schedule is so jampacked and
organized down to the minute but I have also realized that a lot of my life is unstructured
as I have a hard time keeping up with work. As hockey season comes to an end I will be
focusing on handing in assignments on time. Over all I agree with the results of my
personality test.
