PROCESO LEGISLATIVO

Es la actividad encaminada a una creación de ley, fundamentada por el articulo 71

y 72 de la constitución mexicana

A) INICIACIÓN O PROPUESTA DE LEY: Es presentada por presidente, diputado o

senador y se iniciara la ley con las firmas del 0.13% de la población

B) DISCUSIÓN: Se divide por la cámara de origen y la cámara revisora y se requieren de

las 2/3 partes para su aprobación

C) APROBACIÓN:: Es aceptada por ambas cámaras

D) SANCIÓN: Se acepta la ley o decreto

E) PROMULGACIÓN O PÚBLICACIÓN: Se publica en el Diario oficial de la federación

F) INICIACIÓN DE LA VIGENCIA: Lo decreta el presidente

Los 3 primeros pasos son el poder legislativo y los 3 últimos son del poder
ejecutivo
El poder ejecutivo administra los recursos del país
El poder legislativo crea las leyes
El poder judicial aplica las leyes Existen
dos periodos de sesión

Primero: del 1° de septiembre al 15 de diciembre

Segundo: del 1° de febrero al 30 de abril

we will be talking about the legislative process and how a law is created.

It is the activity aimed at creating a law, based on Article 71 and 72 of the Mexican

A) INITIATION OR LAW PROPOSAL: It is presented by the president, deputy

or senator and the law will be initiated with the signatures of 0.13% of the
population

B) DISCUSSION: It is divided by the chamber of origin and the reviewing

chamber and 2/3 parts are required for approval
