Topic / Problem: Service quality and innovations in tourism sphere in Uzbekistan.


What kind of service do modern tourists need? What new ways of attracting
tourists can be applied in the field of tourism in Uzbekistan nowadays?

Sub-questions / objectives:
1. What are the most common problems with the service in tourism?
2. What aspects of the quality of services in tourism are popular in Uzbekistan?
3. What is the uniqueness of the Uzbeks despite the quality of services ? And what
do tourists like most about our people?
4. Who are modern tourists and what do they need from traveling?
5. What prevents us from introducing innovations in tourism in our country?
6. What is the best way to develop tourism innovations or improve the quality of
services?
7. Sometimes new ideas live in us, but they seem ordinary to us or we don't notice
them! It is worth thinking and talking about our thoughts and we will notice that
we can create a global trend in tourism in our country! Nothing is impossible!

The significance of my research question:


Working and studying in the field of tourism in Uzbekistan, I often notice
problems that require modern and serious solutions! Of course, due to some
political problems in Russia, the flow of Russian tourists has increased slightly, but
what would happen if there were not as many tourists as there are now? I assume
that the guests of our country would be dissatisfied with the quality of service,
since we have a shortage of specialized professionals in tourism. In my opinion,
this all comes from the quality of low education of students and staff. Also, the fate
of tourism depends on new ideas that experts embody, since it is much easier to
organize an ordinary cultural trip than to invent extraordinary and entertaining
programs for tourists. We need to attract a lot of young professionals, their
imagination limits are endless and sometimes they need help to make their brilliant
ideas come true!
