answer.
Yes. I did from a friend and I enacted a petty revenge on the friend and the friend
suffered from it. After that, I never talked to that friend and it created a rift
between the two of us, until we totally lost contact from each other.
4. What ethical value did you learn from the narrative? Interrelate your answer to yourself,
family and society.
I learned that filial duty is important as well as being steadfast towards a goal that
is being set by us ourselves. Also, our habits and actions can sometimes affect
the society we live in especially when two different societies came to interact.

One of the main causes of marital rifts is poor communication, lust, and carnal
desires.

In Filipino culture, the husband called as the “haligi ng tahanan” is expected to
support his family of the needs not just materialistic needs as well as emotional
needs such as love and etc. They are also responsible for protecting the family
and guiding the members of his own family. The wife, on the other hand, is called
as “Ilaw ng tahanan” as they are responsible for nurturing the children and
helping the husband to provide the needs of the children. They are also expected
on the role of the guide of the children, especially in the absence of the husband.
