Host Country: The host country for these championships is Barbados. For this reason, the Barbados Amateur Swimming Association of Barbados shall oversee the organization of the championships and will assist CCCAN in the preparation and development of the competitions. Sint Maarten(MAA) FEB Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guyana, may participate through their respective associations if they obtain the approval ofthe French Swimming Surinam(SUR), and i 3- PARTICIPANTS ‘Al participants in these Championships must 41) be acitizen of the Country they are seeking to represent FINA rule GR2.5 2) be a Member of a Federation duly constituted and affliated to the (CCCAN) Confederation FINA rule GR1.4 3) the Federation must be up to date on its membership dues. 4) teams participating in these championships must do so in the name of the Country which they represent wit the understanding that they are members of the Confederation through their respective Federations 5) participants who are not members of a CCCAN National Federation must receive the approval and authorization of both their National Federation and Zone affiliate, Such approval must be signed by either the President or Secretary of the National Federation and Zone President and presented to the Secretary of CCCAN. 6) non-citizens may be entered, providing the competitor has been resident in the Country for a least ‘one year prior to the entry deadline and must not have swum for another Country during that period. ‘All Competitors must also be registered with, or a member of, he Swimming Federation of the country they represent. Compatitors who are non-citizens would be required to present ‘proof of residency’ documents which could be proof of club membership, proof of attendance at school, or anyother organization. Ifa Country enters a competitor that isnot a citizen ofthat Country by birth or naturalization, the code for that Country shal be changed by adding “AG” as a suffix to the
