Processing Questions. Answer the following questions. (20 points each question)

1. Do you believe that gender still operates as a dimension of inequality today? Defend your
answer and cite at least two examples to justify your answer.
Answer: Well yes in some places. But it depend how the way people sees it. Like companies mostly hired men

in construction job cause they know men was more capable of this kind of job. Because even thou some

woman can do it to, people give the job to men so woman will not do these kind of job but either do much

easier job. It was not inequality it was sacrifice. Second in clothing woman can’t just said they wear what they

want. Even thou many thing might change in fashion but they shouldn’t forget that women wear are women

wear and men’s wear are men’s wear. It was inequality it was order.

2. Do you agree that the upper class or elite still exerts a strong political influence on governance
or on how our country is being led by political leaders? Defend your answer and cite at least two
examples that justify your answer.
Answer: Yes. Like not paying a large debt for so many year just because they have strong ties with political

leader. And during elections many political leader was supported by many rich people in exchange they will

favor rich people to there action if is legal or illegal.

3. How can the middle and lower classes contribute in alleviating inequality in society and
improving governance? Cite three examples.
Answer: By choosing the right leader. By obeying the law. By teaching there children a good education.

4. Which ethno- linguistic group do you belong with? Provide three unique cultural features of the
ethno-linguistic group that you belong with. (Examples of such groups are Ilocano,
Pangasinense, Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilonggo, Ifugao, Waray, Bisaya, among others)
Answer: Cebuano have there own language. And majority of Cebuano have strong faith in Catholic Church.

And they also known for there devotion to Holy child.
