Objectives: Learning about St. Patrick’s day while increasing their vocabulary.
Programme content: 5 minutes to talk about their week/day. (15 min) Work with the
pronunciation of St. Patrick's Holiday vocabulary on liveworksheets.com. (15
min) Ask the student what they know about this holiday using the St. Patrick's day
quiz on liveworksheets.com, too. (15 min) Have them read and listen to the text about
St. Patrick’s life → completing it and using its content to confirm their answers in the quiz.
Finish the class asking what they have learned during today’s class.
Vocabulary: all related to St. Patrick, such as shamrock, march, druids, Ireland,
England, priests, snakes, gold, Leprechaun, pot of gold.
Homework: Listening to the words and clicking on the correct image to remember
the St. Patrick's vocabulary.

why each word is related to St. Patrick.
