1. First, carry out research about what human rights are in multiple
reliable sources.
2. Then, prepare a presentation draft, a set of ideas that answer the
question, what are human rights?
a. Are rights inherent to all human beings, without distinction of
nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color,
religion, language, or any other condition. We all have the same
human rights, without discrimination of any kind. These rights are
interrelated, interdependent, and indivisible and are the set of
prerogatives based on human dignity, the effective realization of
which is indispensable for the integral development of the person.
(CNDH, 2023)
b. Human rights laws require governments to do certain things and
prevent them from doing others. People also have responsibilities;
just as they assert their rights, they must respect the rights of others.
No government, group, or individual has the right to do anything that
violates the rights of others. (UNICEF, 2023)
c. Human rights include the right to life and liberty; freedom from slavery
and torture; freedom of opinion and expression; education and work,
among many others. These rights correspond to all people, without
discrimination of any kind. (NU, 2023)

3. Finally record a video in which you explain in a creative and clear way
the following:
a. Explanation of the definition of human rights.
b. Importance of human rights.
c. Maximum duration of four minutes.
