D - doctor. P - patient

D- hello, so what can I help you with ?

P- hi, well I think I've hurt my leg.

D- ok, and whys this ?

P- I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my right leg. It's making it hard to get around and I can't
stop the pain.

D- have you taken part in anything that could have caused it ?

P- well, I hurt my leg playing football a few months ago, but the pain has only gotten bad recently.

D- ok, so how long has it been noticeably painful ?

P- around 2 weeks.

D- alright. If you would like to get up on the bed so we can look at your leg properly.

P- yeah, sure.

D- from what I can see, it seems like you have damaged the muscle tissue in your leg. I'll prescribe
you with some painkillers to take for the next 3 weeks, and you'll have to rest up and avoid any
straining activities.

P- ok, thank you for helping.

D- no problem. You'll need to phone up and make an appointment for a check up in a few weeks,
but other than that, your good to go.

P- alright, will do. Thank you. Bye.

D- bye.
