En la empresa familiar hay un gran problema por el desperdicio de


materia prima que se tiene en la elaboracion de sus productos se
cuemplen en los tiempos de entrega pero los costos de producción van
creciendo

1-¿Cuáles son las funciones que desempeña?

-actualmente estoy en la elaboración de material para construcción


principalmente en la elaboración de block a gran escala

2-¿a que problemáticas te as enfreantado a lo largo de tu estancia en


dicha empresa?

- Lo mas difícil que me eh enfrentado es que no se prepare


adecuadamente la mezcla de materias primas y al final el producto es de
mala calidad y se tiene que volver a preparar y nos retrasamos en las
entregas y también otra ocacion la maquina que elabora el block se
descmpuso y el concreto se endurecio dentro de la tolva no se reviso
previamente el estado de la maquina
3-¿Qué acciones correctivas as implementado?
Tuvimos que hacer una capacitación de todo el personal ajeno las
responsabilidades de cada uno todos deben saber lo mas básico del proceso
que se esta haciendo por cualquier problema que se les presente puedan darle
una solución sin perder tiempo en que llegue el responsable ,lo que buscamos
es darle a los problemas una solucion rápida por el tipo de material que se
maneja

15. Read the following situation.

The person in charge of a department inside a company is worried because he


noticed that several members of his area frequently arrive late to work. To solve
this, he decided to implement a series of punishments that would be applied to
whoever arrived late past a certain hour. Even though, punctuality improved within
the first couple of months, the situation relapsed and worsened a year later. 

16. As a team, analyze this case and answer the following questions.
a. What characteristics can be found in this problem which may
classify it as a complex problem?  

the big problem is the indiscipline of all the staff by failing to


comply with the rule of punctuality

b. What aspects of the problem did the department manager fail to


consider while coming up with a solution to it?

It generated a lot of disagreement with the punishment that was


imposed on the workers instead of attacking the root problem
with less grace because the workers are losing interest in meeting
the objectives

c. In your opinion, what solution would be the best? 

instead of imposing sanctions or punishments, it will adopt the


strategy of better rewarding the punctuality of the staff, so they
will be motivated to arrive earlier, it will also review the work
environment, it may be a cause of their being late, another
solution would be rewards for good performance
