1. Project Overview
Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited is looking at procuring IT equipment in SAPL Datacenter, in
Riyadh, KSA.

The general IT scopes of work of this project is to source/deliver/mount and connect Server
Infrastructure Equipment. All bidders are requested to review and submit their bids to
meprocurement.parsons@parsons.com no later than 3 business days from the date of receipt
of this RFQ

All bids should be addressed to company name “Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited”

2. General Terms and Conditions

 Awarded bidder should designate a project manager PM that would interface with
Parsons IT Project Manager.
 The PM should have good verbal and written English Communication Skills.
 Vendor will be paid only upon complete delivery of all items in the Purchase Order and
upon confirmation that all equipment are in working condition.
 All Equipment delivered whether in parts or in whole should be accompanied by a
Delivery Note and the delivered equipment will be subject to Parsons IS Inspection.
 Time and date of Delivery of all Equipment and any onsite work will be at Parsons
discretion.
 Required payment terms are 30 Days Credit.

3. Equipment Safety
 All Equipment supplied should be encased in their original packaging; any and all
package seals should be intact at time of delivery.

4. Safety
 All Vendor staff involved in the work should adhere to proper safety requirements of the
local law.

5. Site Conditions
 All Site work is to be coordinated with and approved by Parsons’ IT Project Manager.

7. Scope of Work.
a) Deliver the Server Equipment mentioned in Section 6 at the SAPL Data Center,
Riyadh, KSA.

b) The equipment mentioned in Section 6 Vendor will be required to mount / install /

commission in a non-dell rack at a schedule of time and date which will be as per
Parsons Discretion. The activity to take place after Parsons Business Hours.

c) The schedule of time and date will be given as per Parsons Discretion (which may be
weekends and after office hours).
