Sir,

I request that I Dudhnath Singh, age 65 years, son

of Late Dharam Dev Singh, is a resident of Village

Sipah Thana Basantpur District Siwan. On 10th

November 2022 at 9:00 pm my son Sonu Singh

aged 32 years was coming home from his shop.

Orchestra was being held in Mahavir Mela near

Post Office Chowk Basantpur. My boy sat on the

side of the road and started watching the orchestra.

He saw that Sachin Kumar age 28 years and Vicky

Kumar age 38 years both father, Omprakash Singh

Gram Sevak near post office saw that he are

abusing and pushing people away. My boy was

also abused and treated in ill manner. On this my

son started arguing. Asked why are you doing this,

why are you abusing, there was some argument


happened on this and after that my boy started

buying sweets for the children. In the meantime,

Sachin Kumar shouted that everyone should come

running and kill him. Golu kumar age 25 yrs s/o

Gautam tiwari, vill sipah, Rajan Kumar age 27 yrs,

S/o surendra shah, vill sipah, Haddi, age 25 yrs,

s/o sarajul miya, vill sipah, umesh kumar alias

sikhandi, s/o Gandhi shah, vill basantpur, Mithun

kumar, age 28 yrs, S/o baldev ram , vill mahuaa

vaishali, and om Prakash shah, s/o vishwanath

shah, age 62 yrs. came with sticks and rods in

hand and started hitting Sonu with the intention of

killing him. Omprakash asked Sachin to kill him,

so he started killing my son by trapping him.
