INT.

LOCATION #1 - NIGHT

The scene opens with a focus shot on the dog looking out the door window. Four friends are
sat on the sofa in the living room. CLOVER is holding the camera.

CLOVER
Heya boy watcha doing. Hm?

OZZY
Oh he does that, he's fine.

CLOVER moves the Camera to focus on ROCHELLE and CHELSEA on the opposite sofa, also
looking at the dog. ROCHELLE looks nervous while CHELSEA is not bothered.

CHELSEA
Pretty weird dog Oz.

ROCHELLE
Kinda creepy.

CHELSEA
Anyway, it's your turn Clover.

CLOVER places the camera on the table so it's got everyone in the shot. The group go back to
what they were doing , forgetting about the dog.

CLOVER
Fine. Hey Oz, BAM.

CLOVER puts down a plus four card.

OZZY
Oh, fuck you.

The group laughs at OZZY. They continue to play uno. The dog paws at the door, ROCHELLE
notices and feels uneasy. CHELSEA notices that she seems off.

CHELSEA
You good?

ROCHELLE
That dog hasn't moved since we got here. Oz, you sure your dog is okay?

OZZY
Of course he's fine, Can we just forget about the dog!
There is an uncomfortable silence in the room, CLOVER looks around as if he wants to say
something.

CLOVER
Well I think that-

A loud bang is heard from outside which abruptly interrupts CLOVERS sentence. The whole
group jump and look at each other then watch as the dog runs to another room.

OZZY
Huh?

SCENE 2

INT. LOCATION #1 - NIGHT

CLOVER is now holding the camera so it's focused on everyone. The group are now standing
up around the door, where the dog was.

ROCHELLE
What was that?

CHELSEA
Could've been a horse in the stables?

OZZY
Nah they're all out in the field.

While everyone is debating what the noise was, CLOVER get his backpack and starts to open
the door.

OZZY
Where are you going?

CLOVER
Gonna investigate.

CLOVER opens the door and takes a step outside leaving everyone inside.

ROCHELLE
Are you insane, its pitch black out there!

CHELSEA
Wait up Clover.

CHELSEA gets her backpack from the sofa.

 ROCHELLE
Are you guys serious?

OZZY
I hope not.

CLOVER
Come on hurry up.

CHELSEA
You heard the guy.

The group all head outside.

SCENE 3

EXT. LOCATION #2 - NIGHT

CLOVER is holding the camera while the whole group are walking towards the stables in
silence. OZZY runs up to CLOVER.

OZZY
What exactly are we doing out here, clover?

CLOVER
Seeing what made that noise and testing out my new camera while were at it.

CLOVER plays around with the camera, zooming in and out.

ROCHELLE
Clover, it's cold out here. Can we all just go back inside?

CHELSEA
Come on Rochelle, lighten up won't you.

ROCHELLE
I will lighten up when we are back inside, Chelsea.

They arrive at the stables. CLOVER gets distracted by something in the stable.

CLOVER
What is that?

OZZY
It's a coffin.

CLOVER
 Yeah I know that, but why?

CHELSEA
I think you should get in it.

CLOVER
Uh no. Oz, rock paper scissors.

OZZY
Alright.

They do three rounds, they both win one then CLOVER wins the last one. CLOVER and the
others cheer while OZZY curses under his breath as he climbs in the coffin.

CLOVER
Wait take the camera, do it for the vine.

OZZY
Dude, shut up.

CLOVER passes the camera to OZZY then CHELSEA and ROCHELLE slowly close the coffin.
OZZY gets his flashlight from his pocket and holds the camera facing away from him. There is
a long silence.

OZZY
Pretty cosy in here, alrea

dy feel like I'm six feet under.

He pauses.

OZZY
When does the flesh masticate from the bone?

Even more silence, the flashlight starts flickering. He taps it and it goes back to normal.

OZZY
Come on show the dead some respect, that was a good one.

He pauses.

OZZY
What's with the silent treatment?

It's all still silent, OZZY shuffles around and starts to panic. He begins to knock at the sides of
the coffin. The camera is shaking and his breathing intensifies.
 OZZY
Okay guys, time for my resurrection. guys?

His flashlight starts to die, he notices and swears under his breath. He's surrounded by
complete darkness now and he really starts to panic. He thrashes around hitting and kicking
the coffin.

OZZY
Okay guys, time to let me out! Don't leave me here . . .

Everything goes quiet again, OZZY is defeated and starts to whimper. Out of no where the
coffin springs open and reveals his friends.

CLOVER
Oz, you good?
SCENE 4

EXT. LOCATION #2 - NIGHT

The scene opens from the perspective of the security camera's. The whole group are in the
shot, in-front of the tack room.

OZZY
This is too much for me, I need to sit down for a bit.

ROCHELLE
Would you like me to stay with you, I'd rather not go with them.

OZZY
Company would be nice.

CLOVER
Fine by me.

CHELSEA
Well if you need us, give us a shout.

CLOVER and CHELSEA walk out of the frame. Leaving OZZY and ROCHELLE behind. The duo
go in the tack room to turn on the lights (they go out of frame) then come back to sit down
outside with the lights on.

The security camera switches to CLOVER'S camera. We now see CHELSEA and CLOVER
messing around with a mannequin.

CLOVER
Why does Ozzy have all this stuff?
 CHELSEA
No clue. Might be his parents or something.

CHELSEA hits the mannequin across the face, it forces its head to slightly turn. She looks at
CLOVER with a smirk. Immediately afterward, the sound of a water tap being turned on
catches their attention and they look towards the noise. They go silent while the water is
running. CLOVER moves the camera so it's facing the tap away from mannequin. CLOVER
cautiously goes up to the tap and turns it off, he then faces back to CHELSEA. He says after a
beat.

CLOVER
Well that was queer.

CHELSEA
Don't say that.

The mannequin's head is slightly turned towards CHELSEA but they don't notice.

It changes back to the security camera, we now see OZZY and ROCHELLE sitting outside the
tack room.

ROCHELLE
Are you okay, you seem pretty spooked after the coffin incident?

OZZY
I'll be fine, trauma gives character.

They lightly chuckle, when out of no where the lights turn off in the tack room. ROCHELLE
and OZZY look at each other then at the tack room.

ROCHELLE
I'll take this one.

OZZY
Right behind you.

OZZY and ROCHELLE hesitantly walk inside, OZZY tries the flick on the light but it's not
turning on. While he does this Rochelle grabs the flashlight from her pocket and shines it on
the light switch. The door starts to slowly close as they are fixated on the light switch.

OZZY
It's not turning on.

ROCHELLE
Typical. Let's go find the others.
The door clicks behind them as if it's been shut, the duo quickly turn around. As they start to
walk towards the door the security camera starts to glitch. In the footage you can see OZZY
is slightly paranoid and looking around while ROCHELLE is about to open the door. She
struggles for a bit then manages to open it to reveal CLOVER and CHELSEA from the other
side.

ROCHELLE
Was that you, I swear to god.

CLOVER
Was what me?

CHELSEA
What are you on about and why is it so dark in here?

CHELSEA walks towards the light s

witch and turns it on first try. When the lights are on CLOVER notices something is wrong
with OZZY and goes to comfort him as he does he spots a weird mark that starts from the
top of his neck.

CLOVER
What's on your neck?

CLOVER points the camera at his neck and the group all surround OZZY. OZZY stays silent and
still while they inspect him.

ROCHELLE
Okay we should go inside now.
SCENE 5

INT. LOCATION #1 - NIGHT

CLOVER is holding the camera pointed towards the ground, it gets everyone sitting down
with CLOVER sitting down last. He then places it on the table.

ROCHELLE
Did you lock the door behind you.

CLOVER
Mhm.

Everyone is silent. The camera takes a while to focus but then it focuses on the dog outside
watching them. An ominous hum is heard.
