business growth, we are looking for quality individuals to join our Underwriting Team in Fleet.

Who are we looking for?

Experience in the Buy to let Mortgage industry would be an advantage, but we have an excellent
training structure so will welcome talented decision-makers who have a desire to provide great
service, an eye for detail and are willing and excited to learn.

The Team Leader role

You will be responsible for a team of underwriters with varying levels of experience, and you will
support them to be the best they can be through ongoing coaching and mentoring. You will be
required to have excellent technical knowledge and good communication skills in leading the
team to ensure customer service standards and response times are maintained at all times.

Alongside managing a team, you will also be responsible for assessing the risk to Fleet Mortgages
and making lending decisions. Upon successful completion of your training, you will be
mandated up to £1m.
