     Maybe you could change the soda for a drink that does not contain much sugar.
     Have you thought about asking your personal doctor about the problems with soda.

    Biting my nails

     Why don't you try chewing gum?


     It might be a good idea to wear gloves

    Spending more money than I can afford

     Maybe you could pay in cash and not in credit


     Why don't you do use a budget?
