Self-Billing Agreement

This is a self-billing procedure between

Customer Name:
Source Group International LTD Trading as Source Technology
VAT No: 224372526
and

Supplier Name: Josep Vidal

VAT No: ES47860863W

The self-biller (the customer) agrees:

1. To issue Self-Billed Invoices for all supplies made to them by the self-billee (the supplier)
from 12th April 2023 until 11th April 2024.
2. To complete self-billed invoices showing the suppliers name, address and VAT registration
number, together with all other details which constitute a full VAT invoice.
3. To make a new self-billing agreement in the event their VAT registration Number changes

The self-biller in this agreement will be using at third party for the purpose of issuing the self-billed
invoices.

The self-billee agrees:

1. To accept invoices raised by the self-biller on their behalf from 12th April 2023 until 11th
April 2024.
2. Not to raise invoices for the transactions covered by the agreement
3. To notify the customer immediately if they
-Change their VAT registration number,
-Cease to be VAT registered; or,
-sell their business or part of their business,
