Small Volume configuration (~ 200 host)

1. Hardware
 CPU: Intel Core I5/Xeon (from the last 3 years, recommended 8 cores/threads and
above) or AMD equivalence
 Memory: 16 GB minimum
 Free Disk space: at least 50 GB of free space.
Fast I/O is required. SSD is highly recommended
 This server can also be VM but make sure it a high priority and quick.
Yet, Physical server is highly recommended
 Static IP for the machine.

2. Software
 OS:
Recommended: Windows Server 2012 R2 or Newer
Minimal: Windows 10 64 Bit
OS must be fully updated and MUST be in local English
 IIS - the internet information service will be automatically installed by the installation kit.

3. Database
 SQL server 2016 SP1/Trial/ Express or Higher (must be in local English) installed.

 Collation must be Latin1_CI_AS (Case Insensitive, accent sensitive)

 SQL server authentication configured to “SQL server and windows authentication”.

The user installing the application must be sql admin, and the install package is
automatically creates sql user with Bulkinsert role for the application.

Sql server standard / trial is recommended. If there any problem, you can download SQL
Express and SQL Management studio (2 separate files) here:

 4. Ports & firewall:
The actual port numbers can be changed if needed.

Incoming ICMP (PING) OREV Server

5. Remote installation:
If remote assistance or control needed -
TeamViewer version 11 (can be obtained from Here)

6. Final instructions
If the pilot is planned to be remotely managed we’ll need:
1. Team viewer ID & Password
2. Local Admin user & password
3. Prepare a list of Pilot Computers (IPs), we may be able to help you distribute the OREV
Agents.
