Dear Sir!
Plaintiff states under,
1. That plaintiff married to defendant 5 years before under Shariat e Muhammadi. At the time of
marriage, parents of plaintiff, gave plaintiff jahaiz goods of amount Rs 200000 and which is now in the
possession of defendant. A copy of Marriage Contract along with the list of Jahaiz goods is attached
with the claim.
2. That the dealing and behavior of the defendant towards the plaintiff was not good from the very first
day of the marriage. Use of ill language was became a habit of defendant even on the minor issues. 3
years before plaintiff left defendant’s house after bearing physical torture from the defendant. From
that day plaintiff is living in her parent’s house. Plaintiff has no child from the defendant.
3. That plaintiff has not given even a single penny from her husband, as maintenance allowance, during
this period and defendant never tried to re-establish a good relation with the plaintiff.
4. That the defendant has been asked, by the plaintiff, to give divorce and return back jahaiz goods many
times during this period but defendant always rejects the demand.
5. That the cause of action arose when defendant gave physical torture to the plaintiff, expelled the
plaintiff from his house, not gave any maintenance to the plaintiff and rejected to give divorce and
jahaiz goods to the plaintiff when asked to do so.
6. That as plaintiff is of residence of Sargodha, so Court has the jurisdiction to hear the case.
7. That as per law, court fees of Rs 15 has been submitted.

So it is requested that claim for dissolution

of marriage and return of jahaiz goods
otherwise amount of jahaiz good shall be
decreed in the favor of plaintiff and against
the defendant.
