their optimum temperatures, and provides
an attractive feature at the same time. The
two-zone unit chills white wines in one
section and stores red wines in the other.
Whether freestanding or built into the
cabinetry, the wine cooler’s UV-protected
glass door, sliding beech wood shelves and
stainless steel door frame create a picture

and two heaters that modify internal tem-
peratures as required. A fan circulates cool
air evenly through the spacious interior.
The wine cooler is suitable for long-
term storage and maintains over 55 per
cent humidity when set at 12 degrees. This
avoids wine corks drying out over time.
A single-zone 155 bottle unit is also
available, and a smaller Vintec 110 series.
