Personal Loan Agreement

This is a formal loan agreement between Mrs. Alma T. Montalbo, presently

residing at Villa San Roque Subd., Rosario Bats. and Limmuel M. Zatarain, also
known as “ABBY”, temporarily residing at Brgy. Namunga Rosario Batangas but
with postal address at Bagumbayan St., Brgy. Zone 4 Poblacion Atimonan Quezon.
Both Parties Are Filipino and of legal ages.
“Abby” (Limmuel M. Zatarain) is asking Mrs. Alma T Montalbo for a
personal loan of P10,000.00 (TEN THOUSAND PESOS) to be use as assistance to
his parents, and due to Mrs. Alma T Montalbo’s kind hearted nature She agrees
without any interest subject to the following:
1. Limmuel M. Zatarain (Abby) will promise to pay a minimum of P1,000.00
monthly until loan amount is fully paid.
2. Limmuel M. Zatarain (Abby) can also pay in large amount if he receives
large commissions in his work at the Glitter Girls Salon.
3. The salon’s Receptionist/Secretary will automatically deduct a certain
amount of Limmuel Zatarain’s commission depending on the amount of his
commission daily and it will be deducted to his said personal loan.
4. No other personal Loan will be granted until this personal loan is not been
fully paid.
5. Limmuel Zatarain cash loan is a personal responsibility and promises that
he will pay said amount as a gesture of honesty and of good moral
character.
6. This loan agreement also serves as a confirmation that Limmuel Zatarain
has received the said loan amount in Full.
