    Sir:

    Good day. I am Samuel B. Domingo a senior citizen and a resident of 44-G Sampaloc
    Drive, Baliwasan Chico, Zamboanga City. and a consumer of Zamcelco.

    In this connection, I am complaining and appealing your advice regarding this


    matter. I am paying monthly at Palawan, how come last August 2021 our bills
    reached almost 9,000 with 5 months arrears which is not our bills. The owner of
    the said boarding house is my father in law Ramos Espos ( deceased ) and also a
    consumer of Zamcelco which is the account #: 0101524890A. This house was
    sold to Igmidio L. Santiago Jr. Last 2009, but they didn’t change the name of the
    electric bill ( still Ramos ) Espos ). After 5 years, the said house was repaired by
    the owner Igmidio Santiago Jr. Unfortunately the lot owner didn’t permit them
    to renovate it. This light bill of them was attached to my bill Samuel B. Domingo.

    I am just an ordinary citizen, no earning the 5 months arrears is already a big


    amount and burden to use . So please I am appealing you to help us to this
    problem.
