Dear Ms. Jones:

I feel the need to inform you about my business concerning my phone service account. I have
been a loyal customer for more than 5 years now, and I would like to continue my business with
the company. You have been nothing but fair and loyal over the past years, but I have had quite a
few inconveniences when it comes to my data and phone service.

I have contacted many managers on behalf of my data plan, but I haven’t had a reply from
anyone. My warranty isn’t to be expired until the end of the year, per my contract, but when I
went into my local Apple store, I was informed that I would have to pay a gross fee on top of
activating a new account. Since I have been nothing but loyal, I would appreciate some form of
contact so we can sort this out.
