Dear Sprint,

I have been a loyal customer for about 6 years now. I have come to except that your
service is not the best; with the spotty phone signals and occasional drop calls. But your
family plan fits my budge and the unlimited data is a huge plus. My issue for writing this
letter is to address the decline of the quality of your customer service.

Last week I had an issue with my bill so I call the 1-800 number provided under the
contact us link on the sprint web site. Upon calling the number I went through server
automatic selections that just asked me the same questions in different ways. The whole
process took over a half an hour. And I get its purpose is to provide the representative
with all the proper information to better help the customer. But when finally, able to talk
to a representative the same questions were once again asked. Its just very time
consuming in my opinion for a simply task that was resolved in about ten minutes.

I have seen many similar complains online. Hopefully you are listening to your customer
and are currently working on the customer service department. Me and my family
appreciate the many years of service but if nothing change within the next year, we will
be force to consider another service provider.
