    Implicit Bias
    Transgender IAT
    I learned a lot from this IAT. I have a slight implicit bias in this category which tells me that
    when I identify someone has transgender, I might treat them differently than someone who is
    cisgender. Going forward, I will make concerned efforts to help and hide this bias.
    Weight IAT
    I learned about myself with this IAT. I thought I might have some implicit bias in this category,
    but I did not have bias. I think this lack of bias is because I have been around people of all shapes
    and sizes which limited my bias. I can maintain this by not changing my beliefs.
