Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water before

2. Take a small amount of shampoo in your hand and rub it
into a lather.
3. Apply the shampoo to your scalp and massage gently
using your fingertips, working the shampoo into a lather
and spreading it evenly throughout your hair.
4. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the
shampoo has been removed.
5. Repeat the process if necessary and follow with
conditioner if desired.
