    I hereby submit the following letter to explain on behalf of Sergio Mar Valenzuela dba BC Logistics
    working with SCAC BCQG regarding Entry 85344909685, which I understand is my responsibility to
    acknowledge you about the mistake done by our company and personnel responsible of transmitting
    the E-manifest’s.

    The shipment originally had two Entry’s _85344909636 _&_ 85344909685 for Consignee PLASTIFLEX
    COMPANY INC. We made the mistake unintentionally to elaborating and transmitting an E-manifest with
    only one entry 85344909636 and not including the second entry 85344909685

    Please see attached documents to confirm the shipment was released by CBP

    We sincerely apologize for the error,
