Dear Robert Torres,

regarding the outstanding payment for the services provided by Certified Logistic LLS
to Robert Torres (CYPHER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LLC) on 09/14/2023,
09/18/2023, 09/28/2023, 10/02/2023, 10/04/2023, 10/05/2023 and 10/11/2023.

According to our records and the terms agreed upon in our agreement, the total
outstanding balance for the services rendered is 1335 USD. Despite our previous
attempts to resolve this matter amicably, it has come to my attention that the payment
remains outstanding.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I am willing to discuss any
difficulties you may face. However, I must emphasize the importance of settling this
matter promptly. As of 01/05/2024, the outstanding balance has accrued.
