know about these apps at the first place. Almost every middle-income and posh people have
maids and helpers in their homes. But almost 1 out of 20 maids are sexually and physically
abused, also many people have kids in their homes which comes under child labor. So to make
it a better option for maids and helpers as well.
So mainly people who can afford our services would be middle-income to rich people. As
almost all these household need domestic services and we will provide all the services under
minimal prices and with guarantee of our employees.

COMPETITORS:
The Industry we are trying to target is not much renowned in Pakistan. There are only a few
apps regarding these services. There are three other main apps which provide these services
and they are.

 Mauqa online
 Maids in Pakistan
 Supertasker.pk
These apps provide basic services such as maids, babysitters, Nurses and cooks etc. These
services mainly work in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi.
As there are not many competitors in this industry so we’ll try to give best services. We will
provide all domestic services like maids, plumbers, electricians, drivers, cooks and helpers.

DEVELOPMENT:
We are trying to get all the basic domestic services into one place, an app would be developed
for this purpose which would have an easy preface and an approachable interface for almost all
the people to use it without any difficulty. We will have contracts with all our workers which
will ensure the safety and reliability of our workers.
As there is not much competition in this area we will try to provide better services and gain
trust of our customers. We will also try our best to market our app so more people are aware of
our devices.
We might face difficulties in striking a decent contracts with our employee as we have to
guarantee the work quality and also the safety of our customers. As many workers con the
customers, we’ll try to come up with such clauses in the contract which will keep this difficulty
away.

FUTURE OF THE COMPANY

We will try to provide good services to gain customers trust, as we have more customers we
will try to provide more services like delivery and much more. We will also see which services
are needed the most and work on those by having more employees to meet customers’ needs.

We are mainly providing our services as products but we will also provide products which will
be needed to perform the task such as tools, we will accept online transactions and also
customers can book their slots ahead of time. We will be responsible for our employees. If the
customer is not satisfied with our services we will try to compensate by providing the services
for free or in less price.
