INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER RTI ACT, 2005

1. Please provide information regarding when I will get be getting my
passport printed and dispatch. FILE NUMBER :- PN1077591661023.
2. Please provide me updated information regarding further to the one, I
have had got a message from India Post about Consignment Number
PP270999955IN which was dispatched by RPO, Pune to Destination Pin
Code – 421301 (KALYAN D.C SUB POST OFFICE) may I know details of
what the documents being sent, letters was sent by this office to the
concerned office name and address. Please enclose the letter given by
this office to the concerned office so that I may also know.
3. Please let me know provide information, regarding in how many days my
Birth Certificate is to shall be verified by the concerned Departments of
Municipality and sent back to Regional Passport Office, Pune.
4. I had visited RPO, Pune on 27th March 2023 (Appointment Letter has
been enclosed for ready reference and record verification) for Date of
 Birth Correction with Policy Matter Stamp on Passport Application Form
the concerned Officer took relevant documents and still the status on
Passport Seva Portal indicates “PASSPORT APPLICATION IS UNDER
REVIEW AT REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE”. It has been more than 13 to
15 Days and no movement of the application is observed and regrading
the email communications mentioned by you has also not been received
at our end by RPO, Pune to reach there ‘RPO Office’ to cancel old
passport as per the concerned the process shared. Concerned Officer
stated on 27th March 2023 during RPO Visit done by me.

NOTE :-
 I have provided Indian Postal Order of ₹ 20/- IPO NUMBER :-
 Please Transfer my application under Section 6(3) of the RTI ACT, 2005
wherever necessary.
 If necessary will pay extra fees for information as per RTI ACT, 2005.
 I have provided Passport Application with Policy Matter Stamp for your
Ready Reference.
 It’s a request to the CPIO to provide reply in ENGLISH for your reference
