OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• To study about the import of medicine product.

• To understand the risks involved in the import of medicine product by air from
the customers perspective and suggest ways to overcome it.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

• To observe the level of satisfaction among the customer of import of medicine

product .
• To analyse the performance of the employees to the customer .
• To suggest suitable measure to improve the overall satisfaction of the customer
of import of medicine product .
NEED OF STUDY

• Importer should be aware of all the important processes involved in the documentation,
the mistakes that occur, and how to deal with them. This can know to save you time and
energy and reduce risk and high cash.
• To make a import document first we need to find what type of good we going to import
and in which place we want to import weather the good are legal to import in India and
time of the shipment and drawbacks of the import of goods.
• customer satisfaction is an important aspect as far as an organization is considered.
Customer are back bone of every organization so it is responsibility of the management to
keep the customer to contribute more.
• I want to know the customer of import of medicine product in Svarad logistics are
satisfied or not. So I had to address the problem in my study.
1.2 SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The study has only supported the survey conducted with Svarad logistics customer of import of
medicine product. The study covers the knowledge about the state of mind which can vary from
situation & where the respondents might not be ready to give required and accurate information.
Freight forwarders and exporters should be aware of all the important processes involved in the
documentation, The study aims to understand the customer satisfaction in Svarad logistics which
covers the various work schedule , remuneration developing overtime allowance , work freedom
job position etc.. The scope is to understand the employee satisfaction. The study is conducted at
Svarad logistics covering customer of import of medicine product and data collected based on the
questionnaire prepared.
