Understanding Your Personal Cooler
• Four way Air De ection
This feature consists of specially designed horizontal louvers and
motorized vertical louvers to ensure uniform distribution of air
throughout the room thus maintaining even air ow in the room.
• Anti-bacterial Honeycomb Pad
These are specially designed for air cooler. It is made up of anti-fungal
environment friendly cellulose based paper. The construction of the
same is such that it gives maximum contact surface with air and water
which ensures effective evaporation of water and gives the best cooling
effect.
• Uniform Water Spraying on Pad
Water is distributed with uniform pressure through shower assembly &
distribution tray.
• Dust and Mosquito Filter Net
A lter net at air inlet lters out the irritants, pollutants and micro
organism that enter inside the air cooler and allow clean air in the cooler
enhancing it's life.
• Free Wheeling Castor
The cooler is mounted on castors which makes it convenient to wheel
around from one place to another.
• Large Water Inlet
Croma Cooler comes with a large inlet for water making it convenient for
re lling the tank.

Installing Your Air Cooler
Unpacking the Air Cooler
• Remove the cardboard box and thermocol packing.
• Lift the air cooler and remove the base packing.
• Remove the tie wrap securing the power cord.
• Remove the castor wheels and install them on the cooler.
Installation Area
Before installing the appliance, the location characterized as follows shall
be selected:
1. Rigid, dry & levelled surface.
2. Avoid direct sunlight.
3. Sufficient ventilation.
4. The room temperature should be above 0
5. Keep far away from heat resources such as coal or gas.




Operating Your Air Cooler
Before rst use
1. Remove all the packings from the Air Cooler & make sure there is no
packing material or any foreign material stuck in between the louvers
and fan blower.
2. Make sure that the air cooler is placed on a at and dry oor.
3. Always ensure that the air cooler is plugged into a speci c voltage &
frequency outlet as mentioned in the Technical Speci cation table.
Switching ON Your Air Cooler
1. Plug in the air cooler power plug into the socket.
2. First, make a dry run to check all the functions of the cooler.
3. Then ll the water into the tank till the water level indicator shows
the maximum level. (Caution: Do not over ll the tank.) Make sure that
the air cooler power is OFF & power plug is disconnected from the
socket before lling the water.
4. Switch ON the power supply.
5. Before switching ON the fan/blower it is advisable to run the water
pump for a few minutes. This will ensure uniform soaking of water
throughout the honeycomb pad and avoid sprinkling of water if any.
6. Rotate the SPEED selector knob to the desired level (Low, Medium or
High) for air delivery. Rotate the function selector knob to COOL to
switch ON the water pump for cooling or select SWING+COOL to
switch ON the water pump along with the auto swing or select
SWING to start the swing motor only.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning and Draining the Water Tank
1. Before cleaning the air cooler, switch OFF the appliance and remove
the power cord plug from the socket.
2. Move the unit to a location where the water can be drained. Remove
the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit, to empty the tank.
3. Use a damp cloth to remove the dirt and dust from the surface of the
unit. Never use corrosive elements or chemicals to clean this product.
4. When the product is not in use, store the unit in a dry place away from
direct sunlight.

Cleaning the Honeycomb


1. Before cleaning the honeycomb pad, switch OFF the appliance and
remove the power plug from the socket.
2. Pull the lter net and remove the stick holding the honeycomb.
3. Remove the honeycomb from the cooler unit using the stick. Insert the
stick inside the ute of honeycomb pad and pull the pad outside.
4. Clean the honeycomb by pouring clean water until all the accumulated
dust is removed. Do not use any hazardous chemicals for cleaning.
5. Fit the disassembled honeycomb pad back to the panel and re t.
Cleaning the Water Pump
• Before cleaning the pump, switch OFF the appliance and remove the
power plug from the socket.
• Open the 2 screws with which the pump is tightened to the air cooler
water tank.
• Take out the pump and pull the suction cover.
• To remove the impeller cover, rotate it anti-clockwise and pull it out.
• Clean all the parts with emery paper and apply a drop of machine oil.
• Assemble the parts, place the impeller cover and rotate clockwise to x
it, and place the suction cover.
• Tighten the pump in the water tank with the 2 screws.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or touch hot surfaces.
• Do not place the appliance near a heat source or direct under sunlight.
• Do not install the product in an area prone to combustible gas leaks,
grease, or metal dust.
• This appliance is not intended to be used by people, including children,
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or a lack of
experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or
instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• To protect against electric shock, always unplug from the outlet when
not in use and before cleaning. To disconnect, remove the plug from
the outlet. Do not yank on the cord, as it may damage the cord and
eventually cause an electric shock.
• To avoid burns/ cuts/ risk of personal injury, use extreme caution while
handling the appliance.
• This appliance is intended for household use only, not for commercial
or industrial use. Usage for anything other than intended will void the
warranty.
• To avoid an electrical overload, do not operate another high-wattage
appliance on the same power socket. The use of
accessories/attachments/utilities not approved by the manufacturer
may result in improper functioning of the appliance/ re/ electric
shock/ injury.
Product Usage Instructions
The Electric Shock
• Before any maintenance, unplug the product from the mains.
• When connected to the power, a dedicated socket is to be used.
• The Power cord should not be bent or be under the pressure of heavy
objects or stress.
• Do not use a modi ed or altered length of the power cord.
• Clean the dust on the power cord pin before inserting it into the power
socket.
• In case of the power cord is damaged or socket holes are loose, do not
switch on the Air Cooler.
• Do not touch the power cord with wet hands and clothes.
• Do not pull the wire. Hold the Power Cord head to plug and unplug
from the power outlet.
• Do not use any “T” Junction to share power with other products.
Risk to Children
• Children shall not play with the product. Children should not be allowed
to do cleaning and user maintenance without supervision.
• Animals and children are not allowed to climb the machine. Check the
machine before every operation.
• Young children should be supervised so that they do not play with the
product.
• Do not allow children to put foreign parts into the cooler from the front
panel opening.
• Do not allow children to move the cooler with a tank lled with water.
• Do not allow children to pull the air cooler with the power cord.
Risk of Explosion
• Do not keep items such as burning candles on the top of the cooler.
Installing the Product
• This Air Cooler is for indoor use only.
• The opening of the air throw must not be obstructed by any
components /parts.
• Air Cooler shall not be installed in the bathroom or very wet rooms, as
well as in any rooms with explosive or caustic gases.
• Remove all the packing before using the product.
• The plug must be accessible after installation.
• The oor must be level so that there won’t be any issue with the uniform
wetting of the honeycomb.
• The air cooler with a single inlet valve only can be connected to the
cold-water supply. (Applicable for speci c models only.)
Risk of Damaging Products
• Do not climb up and sit on top of the air cooler.
• Do not lean against the air cooler while running.
• Do not move the air cooler with water from one end to another.
Operating the Product
• During the operation of the new air cooler for the rst time, it is
suggested to run the air cooler for 15 minutes in a no-load condition (no
water used).
• Ensure to keep the window open for fresh air to enter and get cool off
inside the room.
• Never re ll the water when the air cooler is in operation.

For proper treatment, recoveries, recycling, etc., this product needs to be
taken to the designated collection points, where it will be accepted on a
free-of-charge basis.

Store on the purchase of a new product. Disposing of this product
correctly will help save valuable resources and prevent any potential
negative effect on human health and the environment, which could
otherwise arise from inappropriate waste handling.

• This warranty is applicable on this product for a period of Twelve (12)


months from the date of purchase.
• In case of commercial usage of this product, the warranty period would
be limited to 90 days only.
• This warranty will be terminated automatically after 12 months from the
date of purchase, even if the product was not in use during the warranty
period for any reason.
• Replacement warranty does not cover for watch strap & scratches in the
watch body.
In niti Retail Limited, (“IRL”) guarantees the product purchased to be free
from defects resulting from the use of faulty parts or poor workmanship
during its manufacture, subject to terms of the limited warranty
(“Warranty”).
