Republic of the Philippines Department of Health HEALTH FACILITIES AND SERVICES REGULATORY BUREAU ADVISORY August 3, 2022 To All Medical Center Chiefs, Chief of Hospitals, and Medical Directors of Government and Private hospitals: All hospitals are advised to register, upload, update, and complete their entries of prices of health services/procedures, amenities, laboratory and other ancillary fees, and most particularly professional fees in the Health Facility Price Advisory at https://hfpa.doh.gov.ph as per Department Circular No. 2021-0454 entitled “Utilization of the DOH Health Facility Price Advisory Mobile Application for Public Access to Price Information by Hospitals and other Health Facility Service Providers” as a pre-requisite for the renewal of licenses for calendar year 2023 to avoid delays in the release of the licenses. Further, the hospitals are reminded of the filing for renewal application which starts on October 1, 2022 and ends on December 15, 2022. Everyone is encouraged to file their renewal application early so the licenses can be processed and released before the year ends.
