In obedience of the orders cited above, the AC sheet roof building of Praja
Vidyalayam, D.No. 3-85, Near Jana chaitanya bridge, Madura Nagar, Kakinada has inspected on
19.04.2023 and verified with the submitted plan. It is found that the Ground floor AC sheet roof
building is structurally sound. I am here with submitting soundness certificate for favour of
taking further necessary action.

This is certifying that I have visited Praja Vidyalayam, Near Jana chaitanya bridge,
Madura Nagar, Kakinada has inspected on 19.04.2023 and this building is the AC sheet roof
building structure. The building is found to be structurally sound as on date.
