Uploading time

Students who are late (i.e. after 9.30 am in forenoon session and 2.00 pm in afternoon session).
will not be allowed to take up examination once the question paper is released .
General instructions:

1.Students can check the details of the exam schedule in the Laudea Online Exams screen
under the "Exam Schedule" menu. Click on the "Current Exam" menu to view and take up
the current exam.

2.Students must make sure that the latest version of Chrome browser is installed in mobile or
desktop to avoid any issues.

3.If Chrome browser is installed already, make sure it is upgraded and the latest version of
Chrome browser is installed in mobile or desktop to avoid any issues

4.Set Google meeting video send and receive resolution(Google meeting Setting->Video->Send
Resolution/Receive Resolution) to Standard definition 360p.

5.Download CamScanner or Adobe Scan scanner to scan the answer sheets.

6.Minimum 2GB data is required for every exam.

Instructions on using Laudea:

1.In Chrome browser, login and join the May 2021 CE examinations on scheduled time at
https://laudea.psgcas.ac.in/online-exams/ using your existing Laudea login and password.
Contact the support helpline number 9952444626 if there is any trouble in logging into
Laudea.
2.Current exam batch details will be visible at the scheduled time.

3. Students must click on the google meeting link at his/her Laudea online exams page, enter
the roll no (If an android mobile is used, then the student has to either logout of all google
accounts or rename the display name of google account which is going to be used for meeting
into the roll no) and click "Ask to Join'’. Once the invigilator allows, the student will be able to
enter the meeting hall .
4. Give attendance and you need to hold your ID card (Either your college ID card or any of your
photo ID proof) and wait for the invigilator to release the question paper at the exam writing
time.

5. View, Download question paper and go through the question paper.

6. Write answers on the single side of A4 sheets, scan answer sheets on your mobile, create a
single PDF and then upload the answer sheet PDF using the "Upload Answer Sheet" option.

7. Upload answer sheets pdf from the local device. If the answer sheet pdf is stored in google
drive, then download the answer sheet pdf from google drive and upload the answer sheet
pdf into Laudea from the downloads folder.

8. Submit the answer sheet and a success pop up message will indicate that the exam is
complete.

Students shall send the hardcopy of the Answer Scripts of all papers appeared, in a single
cover (by writing his/her name, register number, name of the department and title of
examination of the answer scripts in a white paper and insert the paper in the cover) on the
very next day of the last examination he/she appeared in this semester, to the Controller of
Examinations of our college by courier/registered post without fail.
