Instruction Guideline of Demo of Mock – 1 Examination 2020 – 21

Dear Students and Parents of Std – X,

1. Mock – 1 Examination is going to be started from 20 October 2020 (Tuesday). A Demo test will be held
on 15-10-2020 (Thursday) on Mathematics – D Paper – 1 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm for better adaptation
of upcoming online examination. .

2. Demo Question will be published in Google Classroom and invigilation will be conducted through
Google Meet by subject teacher and Principal office. The Google Classroom Codes and Google Meets
Links are listed below according to the sections. The examinee has to report 10 minutes before
starting time of examination through Google Meet to subject teacher.

3. Camera must be turned on during the examination. Turning off the camera may lead to cancellation of
the paper. The examinee must be in school uniform.

4. The official page for examination attached with the notice is required to be printed out and photocopied
for the examination in A4 sized offset paper. Every page has to be filled up properly by the examinee.
The examiner is not allowed to check page without proper information. It is preferred that examinee will
prepare the official answer scripts in well advanced.

5. The examinee is not allowed to leave the seat during examination before 2 hours.

6. The examinee has to complete the examination with full honesty and sincerity.
7. The examinee must maintain exam environment at home.

8. Images of Answer scripts must be taken by Adobe Scan / Cam Scanner to convert into a single file (pdf
file). Pages must be synchronized properly in pdf file. The file of the Answer Script should labelled
as:
Roll_Section_Name_Subject_Paper
(ie. 05_Penguin_Jennie Jones_English_P1)

8. The file of Answer Scripts must be sent to Google Classroom within 10 minutes after the end time of
examination.

9. Any difficulties should be convey to the invigilator.
