This study determines the effectiveness of IMS Practices of selected businesses

in Food and Beverages Industry at the Imus, Cavite. The Input-Process-Output

relationship between the assessment of IMS practices and its level of effectiveness

when grouped according to the profile of the participants, and the measures that should

be formulated to develop an effective IMS for restaurants.

For the process of the study, the survey questionnaire is used to data gathering,

statistical analysis of the quantitative data, as well as inferential statistics are used for

the interpretation and analysis of results.

As for the output of the study, it includes the assessed effectiveness of IMS

Practices to business operations. Having determined the level of effectiveness between

these aspects, an enhancement program is proposed.
