By setting campus restaurants’ operations strategies as
good (90%), normal (60%) and bad (30%), this study
conducts dynamic simulation for a period of 36 months. It
adjusts operations strategies and compares the priorities of
operations in campus restaurants, such as service quality,
profits of restaurants, turnover rate of restaurant stands and
