That I, Sh. Amresh Khan S/o Sh. Rahman Khan R/o Village Dev Khera,
District-Alwar, Rajasthan bound unto the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate,
Dwarka Court, New Delhi in the sum of Rs. 15,50,000/- value of the
vehicle bearing No.RJ-02 GA-6006 TRAILER payable to Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Court, New Delhi or the judge for the
time being for which payment bind myself and my legal heirs and legal
representatives.
I, Sh. Amresh Khan S/o Sh. Rahman Khan R/o Village Dev Khera,
District-Alwar, Rajasthan, is the registered owner of vehicle bearing No.
RJ-02 GA-6006 TRAILER which is to be involved in the above mentioned
FIR. The concerned Hon’ble Court has passed order for releasing the
aforesaid vehicle on furnishing a indemnity bond cum surety bond in
the sum of Rs.15,50,000/- to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble
court/IO/SHO.

I Sh. Amresh Khan S/o Sh. Rahman Khan R/o Village Dev Khera,
District-Alwar, Rajasthan bound unto the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate,
Dwarka Court, New Delhi further undertakes that I will produce the
above said vehicle as and when directed by this Hon’ble court.

I further undertake that in case any information given by me found false

on my part, I shall be liable to deposit a sum of Rs.15,50,000/- in the
Hon’ble Court.

Magistrate, Dwarka Court, New Delhi or the judge for the time being for
which payment we bind ourselves and our heirs and legal
representatives.
I, Ms. Rashmi Makkar w/o Sh. Ankush Makkar R/o Flat No.76, Metro
view Apartment, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi is the registered owner
of vehicle bearing No.DL9CM8573 WAGON R which is alleged to be
involved in the above mentioned case FIR. The concerned Hon’ble Court
has passed order for releasing the aforesaid vehicle on furnishing a
indemnity bond cum surety bond in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the
satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

I/we Ms. Rashmi Makkar W/o Sh. Ankush Makkar R/o Flat No.76,
Metroview Appartment, Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi and her surety
Mrs. Prabha Bothra W/o Mr. Ranjeet Bothra R/o 4052, First Floor,

involved in the above mentioned case FIR. The concerned Hon’ble
Court has passed order for releasing the aforesaid vehicle on
Superdari on furnishing a superdiginama in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/-
to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

I further undertake that I will produce the above said vehicle as and
when directed by this Hon’ble court.

I further undertake that in case of failure on my part, I shall be liable
