In the exigency of service, you are hereby designated as SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR of DON
HILARION G. GONZAGA MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL, District of Talisay III, Division of Negros Occidental
effective immediately.

With such designation, you are expected to perform the following duties and functions inherent to the
position (DO no. 99, s. 2010):
a) Provides orientation to students in all year levels
b) Organizes functional and suitable guidance and counseling program
c) Provides effective individual and group counseling
d) Identifies student’s needs, issues, conflicts and problems
e) Coordinates with higher officers, community and other education partners and stakeholders for program
support

This designation does not carry with it additional remuneration or compensation and is temporary in nature
and can be revoked anytime when policy so demands.

This designation takes effect starting this school year 2021-2022 until 2022-2023, unless rescinded within
the special period.
