Reflection:

1. To what extent were lesson objectives achieved? (Utilize assessment data to


justify your level of achievement)
Students were proficient with the objectives achieved. “Whiteboard problems” were
used as a sort of informal formative in-class assessment. During this time, students
correctly identified the angles as well as began to solve problems involving numbers.

2. What changes, omissions, or additions to the lesson would you make if you
were to teach again?
If I were to teach this again I would want to change the style in which notes were
taken, either creating an option for guided notes or allowing opportunities for more
interactive engagements with students. I would add a few more simple angles as well
as example problems we do as a class.

3. What do you envision for the next lesson? (Continued practice, reteach content,
etc.)
The next lesson would involve continued practice as well as development into
higher-cognitive demand tasks requiring students to call back to previous content to
use with the current material.
