NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In connection with your visit and/or meeting with TaskUs involving a proposed business
relationship, TaskUs has provided and may further provide you with confidential information
TaskUs seeks to protect.

1. I understand that the term “confidential information” means all information of TaskUs,
its vendors, customers, prospects or otherwise in written, oral, electronic, visual or other
form, that is either marked as “confidential” or “proprietary”, or otherwise indicated to be
confidential, when it is disclosed to me.

2. I will hold in strict confidence and not disclose to any third party in any manner verbal or
written any confidential information provided by TaskUs. I will hold in confidence and will not
possess or use or disclose any confidential information except information I can document (a)
is in the public domain through no fault of yours, (b) was properly known to you, without
restriction, prior to disclosure by TaskUs or (c) was properly disclosed to you by another person
without restriction. You will not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the composition or
underlying information, structure or ideas of any confidential information. The foregoing does
not grant you a license in or to any of the confidential information.

3. I understand any confidential information is provided to me on an AS IS basis with any

express or implied warranty of any kind. Upon request by TaskUs, I will return or destroy any
confidential information within five (5) days of the request. If a government authority requires
me to produce confidential information, I will promptly notify that authority of this Agreement
and notify TaskUs.

4. If I or my company have a confidentiality agreement currently in force with TaskUs that

conflicts with this Agreement, I will follow the terms of the existing agreement. Otherwise, I
agree not to use or disclose to any third party any confidential information which I may
encounter during my visit, except as expressly permitted in writing by an authorized TaskUs
representative. I agree that these obligations continue after my visit and will remain in effect
with respect to any particular confidential information until You can prove that such
confidential information falls into one of the exceptions above.

5. You will promptly notify TaskUs at fpainfosec@taskus.com of any unauthorized

release, disclosure or use of confidential information.

6. You understand that this Agreement does not obligate TaskUs to disclose any information
or negotiate or enter into any agreement or relationship. You will strictly abide by any and all
instructions and restrictions provided by TaskUs from time to time with respect to confidential
information or TaskUs systems. You will ensure the security of any facilities, machines,
accounts, passwords and methods you use to store any confidential information or to access
TaskUs systems and ensure that no other person has or obtains access thereto.

7. You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the confidential
information, any breach of this agreement would cause irreparable harm to TaskUs for which
damages are not an adequate remedy, and that TaskUs shall therefore be entitled to equitable
relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.

8. This Agreement is personal to you, is non-assignable by you, is governed by the internal

laws of the State and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties. If any
provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or
deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and
effect. The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this
Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs

9. This nondisclosure agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective on / / .

(“Effective Date”), by and between the individual signing below, on behalf of themselves and
their employer they represent, and TaskUs, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its subsidiaries
(“TaskUs”).

10. I will in all cases comply with applicable laws including but not limited to export and
trade controls, embargoes, U.K. Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. If I fall or may fall
within any prohibited access category, I will let the TaskUs receptionist or a TaskUs manager
know before I enter TaskUs’ facility.

I hereby enter this Agreement on behalf of myself and (if applicable) as an authorized
