Candidate User Manual for Pre-Preparation Programme

Guideline for Pre -Preparation Work

• Your user name and password to log into the Program is.
• Please select the Onsite Training Batch that you would prefer (November,
January or March) when you log in.
• The 12-Module program is designed to enable you to do the work at your
own comfortable pace. You will need to complete it at least 3 weeks before
the Onsite Training.
• If for any reason, you take a break during any of the module questions, you
may log in and proceed from where you left off.
• There will be two Open Book Tests, which will be held at your centre /
ashram or close to your Centre. The first test will be at the completion of the
5th module question. Books will be Reality at Dawn, Efficacy of Raja Yoga
and Towards Infinity
• The second Open Book test will be at the completion of the 10th module.
Books will be Designing Destiny, My Master and Role of the Master in
Human Evolution

GUIDELINES FOR PREWORK

Every Module will have either Questions, and or Activity. With every Answer or
Activity, there will be a “Learnings” section for you to answer.

Example – For Module 1 – Diary Writing and Communication,

There will be

1. Questions in the Diary Writing Section


2. Answers and Learnings for Diary Writing
3. Activity for Communication and Learnings for Communication.

4. Question 1 can be downloaded in the language you have preferred (English,


or Hindi, or Telugu or Tamil). It is best to download and save it on your
computer.
5. Read the question. Q 1 and Q 1.1
6. Write down the answer in your diary or in a notebook. You will need to
upload the answer using the LINK given at the end of the Question section.
7. You can upload your answer using the link, that is provided in your profile.
You can also simply drag and drop the answers from your folder to upload.
8. The suggested Answer to the questions 1and 1.1 will be available via another
link. Download these answers and compare with what you have written.
9. After the suggested answers you will find “Learnings”. This contains
questions to deepen your understanding of the topic on Diary Writing.
Answer these questions and upload them the same way you uploaded your
answers.
10.Proceed to the Activity of Question 1. This has an extract from Lalaji’s
writings on Communication. Read through this and at the end you will again
have a set of questions which will help you gain a deeper understanding of
the topic on Communication.
11.Answer these Learnings, uploading your answers via the LINK.
12. After your successful submission of answers for Module 1 and Learnings of
Module 1 , You will be able to download the questions for Module 2

Similarly, you will find different Questions and/or Activity for each module. If you
have any difficulty or questions, please take the help of your Mentor or Area
Facilitator.

TIME FOR COMPLETING THE PRE-PREPARATORY PROGRAMME

13. You must complete the pre-preparation within a maximum of 6 months. It is


also possible to complete this in 12 weeks, if you work on it regularly.
14. During this you will be asked to appear in two tests.
15. Successful completion of the tests will allow you to have a personal interview
with one of the Mentors or Area Coordinators. This can be in person or by
phone.
16. Once that is completed successfully, you would be permitted to attend the On-
Site Training programme. At this programme, you will need to appear in an
Written Evaluation and/or Oral Evaluation, as needed. Daaji will then take up
the work of preparing the successful candidates, completing the work of
granting permission to work as a preceptor. Bear in mind that the final decision
rests with Daaji on approval of candidates for preceptorship.
