Abstract

The primary aim of this study will compare autobiographical memory in patients who had
suicide or self-harm histories with healthy controls. We will examine the role of emotion-driven
and identity-driven in their autobiographical memory. In a cause-comparing design, … patients
who had suicide ideation or self-harm histories will be selected by using a convenience
sampling method and based on the structured clinical interview. They will be asked to complete
… questionnaire and… questionnaire. In the next phase, they will be compared with healthy
controls.
The purpose of this study is going to compare the autobiographical memory of those who had a
suicide or self-harm history with a control group. In the next step, the role of the narrative
identity and emotion-driven in their autobiographical memory will be examined.
