Another meditative moment I'd like you to engage in with me is what I'm going to

call bamboo breathing. Bamboo breathing is just a simple breathing technique that
helps you calm yourself, focus your mind, think about something. Nothing again
transcendental or heavily spiritual or mystical. Just getting you to mono task by
focusing for a moment on your breathing. So, this is called bamboo breathing
because it's supposed to bring to mind the stalk of bamboo tree, in which you can
imagine a stock that has segments. Those segments should correspond to the way you
breathe out. The way you exhale after taking a deep breath, to take a not hugely
but reasonably deep breath. You'll breathe out segmentally. Maybe four out breaths
before you want to fill up your lungs again. If you do that say 10 times, we'll
find ourselves wanted to I think calm down, focus, relax, and let the mental waters
become more serene. Let's take a deep breath, then we breath out. Let's keep on
doing that. Thank you.
