Bio of Hayat Mansour

Hayat Mansour is a Planning and Control Manager with 17 years of practical experience in
the field of construction management, BIM Management, Facility Management. She is
Controlling & planning using latest PC skills and Programs mainly in scheduling, monitoring
with Project Management Suites like Primavera, ASTA Power Project and MS Project in
addition to using Revit and Navisworks to have the Full BIM Concept 3D, 4D & 5D.
She also possesses a wide range of experience with construction projects Management, cost
control, documentation skills, reviewing the contracts, financial control and progress
reporting, In addition to tender analysis reporting, leading negotiations, and problem solving.
Hayat is known to be well organized, hardworking, a dedicated team player, confident and
capable of adapting to change within a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop and
execute complex technical tasks is also one of Hayat's best trends along with analytical
problem-solving methodologies and providing technical direction to support staff. She is
capable due to this experience to interface with commercial contractor personnel, and
effectively allocate staff resources.
Having worked in many Projects such as time Towers, Pumping Station and many buildings
and Currently in Army Projects, Hayat is competent to invest previous experience in future
construction and organization projects.

Hayat holds a post graduate degree, majoring in Civil engineer from "Aleppo University" in
addition to being PMP Certified (Project management Professional) from PMI in
Pennsylvania, and master in Business Administration from Harvey University in addition to
attended many courses and seminars related to her expertise especially in arbitration,
construction law and green building.
