THE WOW FACTOR FASHION SHOW PROPOSAL

CONTRACT
This event Contract, Is made and entered to on the 9th of February, 2023, by and between [Michelle
Boakye]] [Forma Adu] [Nana-Tutu Osei] [Kimuel Nagali-Koray] and [Cornerstone International
Academy ] of [International Baccalaureate Inc.]
NOW, THEREFORE, In view of all the foregoing premises, covenants, and understandings, and for
all other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Terms and Conditions

INVESTMENT

• Subject to this Contract, the Investor shall provide to the Company the amount of Three Hundred
and fifty-five thousand dollars ($355,000) for the Company to use in its operation relating to its
engagement of the business of fashion show creating.
. INVESTOR'S CAPITAL STOCKS
The Investor shall be afforded twenty two percent (22%) of the Company's capital stocks
corresponding to the Capital Investment amount.
NON-REFUNDABLE
The Advance Capital shall be deemed non-refundable and non-returnable upon payment of the same
by the Investor to the Company.
• PURPOSE
The Company represents and warrants to the investor that the Capital Investment shall be used by the
Company in its conduct and operation of the business, which shall require reasonably large sums.
. TERM
This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until March 9th, 2023
(Termination Date"), unless otherwise terminated by either or both parties of this Contract prior to the
Termination Date
If the Event goes beyond the time stated above, the Client shall pay the DJ at a rate of one hundred
dollars ($100.00) per hour for each hour the Event lasts longer than the time stated above. Partially
worked hours will be prorated.
