quality of education in the Philippines?

4. One of the global trends in education is the expansion of mobile technology. In your

own point of view, can the expansion of mobile technology help improve the delivery

of quality education in the Philippines? Why or why not?

5. With the emergence of the Covid 19 as global pandemic, delivery of instructions in

school might not be made possible through daily “Face to Face” – F2F contact with

the learners due to fear of virus transmission. Several Alternative Delivery Modes
