    OFFICE OF THE BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF KUYA

    AUTHORITY TO TRAVEL
    AUTHORITY is hereby granted to ELMA M. TAPONGOT, Barangay Kagawad of
    Barangay Government of Kuya, Maramag, Bukidnon, to travel to HONGKONG, from
    MARCH 12, 2019 to MARCH 16, 2019.

    ELMA M. TAPONGOT is on approved LEAVE OF ABSENCE for the duration of the


    travel. All expenses shall be shouldered by concerned barangay official and no expenses shall
    be borne by the Barangay Government of Kuya.

    The AUTHORITY TO TRAVEL (ATT) is valid only for the period cited above. Non-
    utilization of the issued ATT shall be obligate the concerned barangay official to return the
    same to the office of Barangay Government of Kuya for cancellation.

    ISSUED this 20th day of February 2019 at Barangay Hall Kuya, Maramag, Bukidnon, for
    whatever legal purpose this will serve.
